1) Don't wash your face with soap,because our face is acidic,but soap is alkaline it will affect the PH level of face.Using soap will remove the natural oil,it doesnt mean it will help for oily skin it removes the natural oil which makes the skin dry.oily skin type has to use face wash it helps in reducing acne.
2) Change your pillow once a year,wash your pillow cover every week.because the germs in the pillow can cause acne.
3) wash your towel once a week,the germs in the towel can cause acne.
4) while buying the face product(facewash, cream,moisturiser) check the ingredients list which should not contain more chemicals.too much off chemicals will affect our skin which cause acne.
5) wash your face 2times a day,oily skin type can wash your face 4time a day.washing the face will remove the dirt which reduces acne.
6) Don't touch your face too often the germs in the hand while touching the face can cause acne.
7) Don't pop out the pimples,poping pimples will spread the germ then it will cause near by area to cause pimples.
8) Use ice covered by a cloth rub gently on the face this will reduce inflammation and pore to tighten.
9) Don't rub your face too harsh while face wash because it damages the skin cells.
10) Last but not the least avoid eat junk foods if you want clear skin just concentrate on your diet.i srrongly recommend having a good diet will reduce acne.
