In our life there are 3stages where decision making is crucial and very important.
1) After 10th, which group we are going to choose either computer science,biology or commerce.This is the first time an important decision making situation comes into our life.
2) The second one is after finish our 12th exam.which college are we going to choose either Engineering, arts, or MBBS etc.Among the three decision making situation this one is very important regarding to me.This provides the path for our future.
3) The third is after our college completion.After this a huge role is waiting for us,lots of commitments are there that we are going yo face.
There are four ways after our college completion. Your are going to decide among that one its in your hand.
1) Higher studies.
Talking about higher studies it's once decision,willing to study futher.choosing this way wheather they are interested in studies.
I strongly recommended if you are interested in willing to study further & to improve your knowledge then go for higher studies otherwise it is time of waste.
Positives.
1) knowledge can be improved.
2) In future you might get better job.
Negative.
1) Without interest futher studies is useless.
2) Finding a job.
This is the most common thing that everyone does after the college.Finding and getting a job which makes them once step ahead in the life.It doesn't mean going to study further is a waste of time.i mean that after further studies anyway they are going to work thats why i said finding and getting a job after college which makes them one step ahead but after further studies person they might get better job than them.
Positives.
1) Its is a safer zone.
2) Fixed salary.
3) security.
Negatives.
1) Sometimes you don't get a job easily and it takes time there will be a time waste.
3) Entrepreneur.
Entrepreneur is third option after college. Starting a own business is the another way but it not simple than the other 3 ways.Entrepreneur is a risk takers,Among the other three this the toughest and its needs lot of focus,positivity and it takes time it is not a easy way.
Positives.
1) You are the decision maker.
2) If business goes on success you can earn lot of money.
Negatives.
1) Lots of risk.
2) It takes time to grow your business.
3) Security is less until you grow your business.

4) Consultant.
Consultant is a professional who gives expert advice in their strong areas.For ex: if you are experts in marketing you can give advice to some company when they need help.
