How a day should be??
     There is one thing in this world that everyone having the same is time it may be hours ahead and behind of one another but all we have is 24hrs.

    What are you doing with the a whole day(24hrs) spending time in useful thing, healthy habits or not,just think about your day.If you are using it in a correct way then its fine.If you guys don't no about how to spend a day read this read until end.
Here are the following thing to do in the whole day.

1) Waking up.

     Waking up is the first thing to start a day.
 If you are studying or working person wake up one&half hour before you get to work, school,or college.
    For ex: You have a work, you have to leave the Home at 9 at the morning get up 7.30 at the morning one &half before.
    If you wake up a early, there will be no rushing into your work.You will have a enough time to prepare yourself for the day.

2) Cellphones.

      Don't use cell phones immediately you woke up.because its hard to open your eyes while getting up at that time you are forcing your eyes to look upon the screen it makes  a stress to your eyes.
     Also your brain signal got affected your are diverted through your phone.

3) Meditation and Exercise.

      Keep a routine to do meditation and exercise.Do meditation just for 5 to 10 min and start to do some small exercise just do 5to 10 min of exercise which makes you healthier.(in my own experience meditation gives more concentration) 
     For a whole how much time you are wasting use those wasting time to spend on good thing.Doing meditation and exercise will take hardly 20mins,In 24hrs you are going to spend 20mins for your own good.
     We are just a soul our body is a tool for our soul we need take care of our body which is  very important.


4) Schedule your work.

    After your exercise and meditation put a schedule for the day what are the things that your are going to do on that day, act according to that.

5) Breakfast.

     An important things in the morning is to eat breakfast,  skipping breakfast makes your body weak, you may feel tied, you can't concentrate properly.Last time you ate was previous day night you have been sleeping for 7-8hrs without food after getting up and eating a healthy foods will refill your energy.In morning the calories absorbed by the body is more.

6) Completing the scheduled work.

    After finishing breakfast start to complete your task that you have been scheduled.Not only scheduling is an important thing completing the scheduled task is more important.

7) Exercise.

    Everyone may think why i am talking again about exercise the morning exercise is for getting away from sleep and it is only for just 5-10mins its just like a stretching exercise while in the evening go for 30-60min of workout.
   Some may don't have time in the evening, that's not a problem if you have time in the morning do the exercise for just atleast 30min& give full body workout. I am not taking about bodybuilding this is for making you fit and healthy ,in my opinion body building is a different task.

8) Do other works.

     Do anything other than work related things which keeps you relax. Replenishing your energy is important we are just humans relaxation is very important.Spend time with your family,play sport do what which gives you relaxation.

9) Healthy dinner.

    Dinner should be finished 1hr before going to bed and also you are not going to take anything for another 7 to 8hr while sleeping so dont skip the dinner.

10) Sleeping.
   Before sleeping you should off the app notification from the phone then only it wont disturb you at sleep and dont use cellphone till going to bed.
Sleep for 6-7 hrs to stay healthy and also have a comfortable sleep.Don't get distracted sleep it may be your phone.

Cause and prevention for dandruff

What is dandruff?  Malassezia globosa also called pityrosporum,it is a fungi present on the scalp.which feeds on sebum(natural oil) present on the scalp and releases acid.a sensitive skin person gets inflammated and sheds skincells which gather together to form dandruff.           Dandruff is irritating right.here are the remedies.
