Reason why bodybuilding sucks for you.

Bodybuilding is the use of progressive resistance exercise to control and develop one's masculature.
  An individual who engages in this activity is called bodybuilder.

Hey brothers do you want to bodybuild, are you skinny, going to gym for several months but there is no improvement.
Let me tell you some tips for improving your body which helps you  to bodybuild.
 I am not going talking about steriods which improves bodybuilding.i wont recommend you to take steroids. i tell the simple tricks that you forgot to do while you are in the task of bodybuilding. 

 Before that i tell you  one thing bodybuilding is not an easy task and dont expect the result in quicker give some time to body to adapt.started to workout in gym oneweek later seeing your body thinking nothing happened,it sucks man.
 Lets go to the tips

1) Dont lift too much weight.

     Some guys thinking that lifting more weights will quickly achieve in bodybuilding really speaking its definitely not going to happen.
    Lifting too much will changes the position of the movement so that the targeted part wont get a stress instead of that you are putting stress on some other areas.
   This will bring you more pain to your body.working out with optimum weight helps in correct movement of the body it leads to stress the targeted part of your exercise. 

2) Skipping some body parts.
     Some guys will skip the squat exercise some will skip leg exercises.skipping some part will reduce the bodybuilding effect.our body parts are connected with each other.skipping some body portion from your exercising schedule will reduce the bodybuilding effect i wont be in balance.

3) pooooooooor diet.

     Most people go and spending hours in gym for month and if you see them there is no results.
     This is beacause of the poor diet.poor diet will affects the metabolism of the body and it will decrease the muscles expanding activities imstead of that it will store as a fat.While going to gym avoid junk foods eat healthy and results will also be healthier.

4) lack of calories.

    One who took a path called bodybuilding he should consume more calaories than the others he must consume more calories and proteins.During the  workout your are tearing the muscles tissues and then it has to be recovered by eating healty foods which will grow your muscles. the foods will increase the metabolism.

5) Targeted area

    When you are doing your workout for example biceps exercise you need to work on the targeted area by lifting dumbells or some other with the correct movement.if your movement is wrong the targeted area wont get any result, without correct movement of your is equal to watse.Try to activate the targeted area by doing correct movements.
